Met Susan very recently and she and Sean DeSilva worked together with a savvy tech staffer to resolve a computer based SRS recall on my 2026 CRV. It took a couple visits, but Sean looked out for me. Mary, who sold me the car is a good person. I have observed that she treats people cordially and respectfully. I hope that the new ownership will commit to constructing a new facility within reasonable proximity for the benefit of its customers, vendors, and employees. Sean DeSilva is the best service rep I've ever worked with in the 13 years I've had my Honda. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and was fully transparent that getting a part would take a couple days. Moving forward, Sean is the only service rep I will work with. He's that good.
