Exceptional service. Donnie Muennink, who sold me the car, made the appointment for my scheduled service, met me at the service department, introduced me to maintenance staff, and made sure I understood maintenance to be performed. Donnie pointed out the excellent amenities available while I waited. He periodically checked on me as I waited. Upon completion of service, he went over work performed and charges. After payment he escorted me to my vehicle and thanked me for my patronage. Great experience and I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service.

The Fort Worth Honda dealership is amazing. After coming from another dealership with a bad experience, Alyssa, Sean and the sales manager were all so kind during the process and didn’t once try to make anything out to be what it wasn’t.
