Making an appointment online was easy and convenient. Brittney greeted me warmly upon my arrival and verified the nature of my service. She later contacted me after their inspection and mentioned some additional items that needed attention and requested my permission for that maintenance work. They were reasonable requests based upon age and mileage. I said okay. When my car was ready, she contact me and thanked me for stopping by the dealership for the work.
