You WISH your finance rep was as cool and as funny as Hannah. Insanely dry sense of humor...but also quite good at her job. We felt comfortable, not rushed, and she was a pro. She (of course) did all of the finance stuff offering you different packages and warranties but didn't overly pressure on any of it and gave us room to breath as we were considering whether or not to take certain things. In the end, she only got us for one upgrade but was awesome throughout the process and had us through the paperwork and back on the road in near-record time. She's really good at her job and she's an asset to Kia / Lithia. (This review started out about Hannah but after selecting our reason for visit - new car - it is giving the option to include info about our sales rep.) We worked with Sebastian Carlson who is disarmingly charming and was really thorough and patient throughout the process. As a whole, the dealership was efficient and provided great service and we're really happy with our experience. A++ for Hannah & Sebastian.
