I always work with Robert in the service department. He’s pleasant, professional and easy to talk to.

Fast, easy scheduling. The waiting area is clean, with nice seating options for guests. The service team is on point, with friendly, personable service every time I visit. Quick turn around time on scheduled service, with a minimal additional wait when at risk issues were found- namely brakes and fluids that pose safety risks. I didn’t mind waiting at the dealership, for the above mentioned reasons, but it’s nice having the option to use the complimentary ride share if needed. Overall, I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of maintenance on my Lexus.
