This was a very good experience. My only negative with the whole experience is the cost of gap insurance. It’s ridiculously higher than going through your own insurance company! (Could have got gap insurance through my own company for $30. A year). This is not necessarily the fault of any of your employees but whoever is charging these exorbitant rates!
