WE enjoyed working with the sales staff at Jafffarian because they were humorous, caring, knowledgeable, and they left us alone to decide which car we wanted to buy! Another dealer we visited pestered us with emails, texts and phone calls. I went in with a list of questions after we'd had the car a couple of weeks, and the man addressed each one patiently and with humor. Our son also uses Jaffarian for servicing his car and he likes them.

It was a pleasurable experience all around. Fernando, our sales person, was knowledgeable and personable, happy to answer any question (our first EV) and even come in on his day off so we could pick up the car (we got it the following day). He’s the type of salesman a buyer hopes to get and he immediately put us at ease with his manners and enthusiasm. I would recommend both Fernando and Jaffarian Toyota to friends and family.
