Great experience working with Christian. He was honest, and kept me well-informed and even provided a discount code for something really pricey my car needed. The wait was an extremely long, 3 hours, which was amplified by having my 2-year old with me, but that's because it was in between the 2 holidays and the place was booming busy. I know they were doing their best. There were just a TON of people there waiting for service too. But Christian was really great and kept me well informed and was very personable.

I only returned due to receiving incorrect information from Nick regarding the ability to flat two the 2026 Colorado LT. While preparing to purchase another motor home , I discovered that flat towing was not an option for this truck. Ironically I was able to locate the correct information from a chevy dealer in Vero Beach FL. They completly demostrated why the truck I purchased could not be flat towed. They went on to to show the what to look for and how to prepare the vehicle to be towed. I was taken back to notice that this information was news to all the staff that was standing around listing to me describe this to Nick. I will commmend KOONS because they stepped up and got me into another colorado with little cash difference. Thank you and have a Happy New Year.
