Gus and David were the sales team I worked with over multiple visits leading up to my purchase. Gus provided me ample time to test drive the hybrid and compare the sound system between trim levels. He also provided me the out-the-door pricing I requested without hesitation, explaining their no-haggle pricing and showing me the dealer incentives for different cars available. David helped me on my second visit, showing us the Limited model and walking through many of the key features that make that trim level special. Again, with no pressure, he helped us choose the right vehicle and secure it with a deposit until we could return to close the deal. When the purchase date arrived, David helped get me in the queue for financing, walked me through the initial paperwork, and got the car for me to drive home again helping with the initial setup of the vehicle. Tim was fantastic to work with on the financing-side! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. When issues came up with the paperwork, he made sure everything was correct before we moved forward, a level of professionalism not often heard of the car sales industry. Specific kudos for his follow-up on the sales tax for my purchase. My address has a much lower sales tax rate than the surrounding area. He took the time to research this and saved me a LOT of money in excess sales tax by doing so. Tim and the sales team made this purchase very simple, and I appreciate all of their help.
