Very disappointed. I went to get a new key made from the service department and the sales person DID NOT inform me that I needed to get the key programmed. I paid and left and thought everything was fine, due to the negligence, it started a domino effect. My car stopped, I thought I needed a jump, so my mom had to come get me, then I headed over to Advance Auto Parts because I thought my battery was dying, I spent $200 there, the car started right back up. I thought everything was fine until the next morning, my car wouldn’t start at all, not knowing what was wrong because I thought the new battery would fix the problem, I had to get my car towed to Toyota. The diagnostic was ran, all the time it was the key that the sales rep from parts FAILED to tell me that I needed to get the key registered so my car would recognize it. My entire Saturday morning from 7am-3:30pm was stressful and was wasted because someone failed to do their job properly. I don’t think this was fair and something needs to be done, I could’ve avoided all of this, I am a loyal Toyota customer and I really didn’t appreciate this level of service.

I’ve been to the service department twice and had issues both times. Will never take my vehicle there again.
