Tyler my service advisor is the best. His customer service and attention to detail blows my mind. 6+ years in my vehicle and it still purrs the same as the 1st day I bought it and that is all because of MB of San Antonio!

Kevin, thank you for your service from one veteran to another. Thank you for your service again. It was exceptional for taking care of my car.
worse sales person i talked to out of all the dealerships. told him i wanted to look at the used EQS, because i some 2023 going for $35K online. he replied with that i would not find one at the low of a price. so we walked to there they used ones were located on the lot. He told me he did not know much about the EQS' because people think they can get it for $35K. i ignored the snide comment and continued to peered through the windows of the EQS. finding it surprising that he did not offer to unlock any of the 4 or 5 cars they had there, so i could better evaluate the interior. after looking in the widows of 4 or 5 cars, i got tired of his rudeness and just left without saying a word to him. called back to try and talk to the used car manager to give him my review of his salesman. left my name and number for him to call me back when he had time. two hours later and no call back. i can understand now this treatment might be the normal. i will stop having my cars served there now and just drive a few more minutes to Mercedes of Boerne where they treat people like people.
Took great care with quality service and always helping with solutions to better the costumer experience.
