Mark Johnston is a phenomenal sales consultant. He was friendly, honest & helped me to narrow down which vehicles & choose my final one. We compared car payment, warranty, fuel, tires, insurance & more. He is very efficient & knowledgeable. Todd in finance, did a wonderful job. I ended up saving on my Interest rate by getting products I needed for the future to keep my Acura looking good! Kyle in management was very kind & professional as well. Mark even gave me a candy bag & I was needing something since I missed dinner. I will refer all my friends and family to this team here.
Mark is the best!!! He sold me a car back in 2023 and just sold my mom a car today! He is an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with and I won’t deal with anybody else moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend Echo Park… but ask for Mark for the best car buying experience.
I've purchased numerous cars in my lifetime bc I'm a car enthusiast & there have been some good experiences & of course some not so good experiences but our salesperson Christy has been phenomenal to work with & made this a truly awesome experience especially for my son's first car purchase. Christy is pleasant, professional, considerate and kind as well as super knowledgeable about the car buying process. If I'm ever in need of a car in the future, I would definitely consider enlisting Christy's assistance & the Echo Park Grand Prairie dealership location.
