The staff and atmosphere was inviting, warm, showing genuine concern and compassion. Explanations were honest and transparent.
For approximately 30 years, our family car choice has been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think they have over grown with too many customers to a point where their customer experience has taken a signifiant hit. On the other hand, Subaru dealer visits and interaction ( 4 Subie dealers in the area ) have generally been very positive and good. I was highly impressed with how much care and personal attention I received from start to finish in the purchaing process. No wonder Subaru has many long time fans of the brand!! I should have listened to them sooner!!
Madeline was very helpful in finding the car that best fit our needs, she’s awesome, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient.
This was my second purchase from John. I was not really interested in another Subaru. I wanted a truck. But I bought a Subaru anyway because it was so easy and pleasant buying from him. I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect.
Experience with Carter Subaru shoreline has always been awesome. Debbie helped us with our lease and when we looked to lease or buyout or current car. All in all I love Carter. Makes the car buying experience a joy.
