Jim was a great salesman very helpful with any questions or problems I had with the truck. The owner or manager never introduced themselves to me throughout the process. Darrell Burton from finance was terrible. My first purchase of a vehicle and he scammed me. I called ahead to my bank for a lower percent rate and his "best offer" was 2% higher. He did not offer me the lowest rate. Any question I asked was answered with a joke. He wouldnt let me touch the iPad other than to sign and scrolled past all the information. He said it was a liability if I scrolled and hit the wrong button. I wouldnt recommend sunset to anyone because of Darrel Burton.
They were very polite very quick and they multitask which is good for all customers overall rating from one to 10 I’d give them a 10 every time we came in at the end of the day on Saturday and they had no problem staying with us.
Does anyone enjoy buying a car??? Well, Sunset Ford is a great dealership! So much so that after looking at ALL the Ford dealerships in the area we asked them to please find us the car we wanted because we only wanted to buy from them. Jim Wagstaff and Justin were amazing to work with. They were nice, efficient, detailed oriented. And, really all the people there were attentive anytime we should up. I would HIGHLY recommend buying your next car from them. The Millers

I recently found the truck after months of research and looking. I came down to look at it and see how it drove. Mike met me at the door with an easy going demeanor and asked how he could help me. He brought the truck up and got the AC going. After a short drive, everything checked out and we sat down to do what everybody dreads, the negotiation and purchase. We settled on a price and I am happy to say the truck is mine. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and the Jeff in finance was a professional but kept it light. Based upon my experience, I would recommend these guys.
