Service used to be GREAT ... but y'all have fallen backwards. It is taking a long time to get my truck repairs. I buy from Robichaux for ONE REASON... your service department has been GREAT through the years. Lately (last 3 months) your Team has allowed delays. Maybe understaffing? Maybe leadership issue? Maybe prople just don's show up for work. I am a business owner and I deal with all these issues.
