They lie to you, rip you off, they are good at pressuring you in to buying one of their over priced Suburbans and under cutting your trade in. They say they reward referrals but my son-in-law has 4 referrals and hasn't even received a penny, LIE LIE LIE. My referral is DO NOT BUY FROM EDDY'S CHEVROLET.
I’m from Georgia. I called them for my 2017 Corvette grand sport, told him I was gonna be in a rush and you need to have it done quick I was in out of the dealership signing paperwork within 30 minutes. Staff was very helpful, my cells are wrapped at a great job walking me through the whole car. I’m an out of town Buyer. They did an OK job showing all the issues with the vehicle. I will say I wish some of the problems (cosmetics) were discussed before buying but overall they do great! I would do business again with them and probably will
I went through the process of buying 2 vehicles with Eddy’s Chevrolet in a 3 month time period. I had the first vehicle in looking at an issue I had with it, plus getting an oil change. Since it was Black Friday, they came and talked to me about trading in my new vehicle, I said I wasn’t against it, so I ended up buying a brand new Chevy Equinox RS AWD. They did great on almost everything. The only opportunities for improvement from my perspective, is they didn’t fully explain some additional items they added to the sell of the vehicle, which added a LOT of cost that I wasn’t necessarily looking for. I should have put my foot down in the finance office to have those items explained in detail prior to signing, but I was already there for 7 hours and ready to go home. So, I just kept signing and get out of there.
Not a good experience. Jasper the sales person was good. We were looking to buy a new vehicle which they had one which had most of the features we wanted. After the first low ball offer on our trade-in and a small discount off MSRP of 1.6%. We old them we had an offer that was $4,500 more on the trade-in. Before the second offer we told them a range we needed to be in from our homework. They came back $4,000 above that which is fine. We asked for our keys ready to walk out nothing lost. The sales manager comes out behind the counter asking if we could work out something after he wrote on the offer sheet the best we can do. I told him no we know our limits and proceeded to walk out. He kept following us out the door yelling at us we can work something out. I am sure this bully tactic gets them sales. Then he and the general manager text me later that they could come down in our price range. To late we found another dealer who treated us as people not just a sale Advice get your keys back after a test drive know your number you need to be at. DO NOT let them bully you into something you do not feel comfortable with get up and walk out it is your money and you have the final say where you spend it
Where do I start, right after we signed the paper work it started this dealership seem like they want to sell you a vehicle and then nothing to help you after that. It took almost 3 weeks and several phone call to get anything done. I am still waiting on a phone call for the last issue.
Great service provided by Eddys in the Service Department. Chris Scanland makes the process easy.
