Great transaction! Rick made the vehicle purchase easy. He answered any questions I had. Rick went over the vehicle with me. The test drive was awesome. Marlin and Rick stayed on top of all questions and checked in with me every step of the way. Vehicle was extremely clean upon purchase. Rick handled everything perfectly! If I ever get another vehicle, I will only use Rick!

Brought car in for service its worst now they just parts changers on your exspense wanted to trade in on another sales team was very rude to my wife and made up excusese why she could not leave with her car

Beware before having your vehicle serviced for any issues that you may have. Do your research. I took my vehicle in for a major job. Communication only happened when I reached out and inquired about my vehicle and would ask for a status update. Once I got vehicle back , I noticed immediately that it sounded like a jet plane- never made this noise or ran hot. Reached out and advisor apologized and said should be an easy fix told to bring back to dealership. This visit cost me $135.00 on top of the $6200.00 already spent. Got vehicle back and the same issue. Reached out again and advisor scheduled to have vehicle picked up and brought to dealership. I reach out for an update and told tried everything they know and vehicle not triggering any codes so basically it must be my fault. I let them know that I know my vehicle and it did not have this issue prior to bringing it here. Message became short and curt and phone calls not returned. It’s laughable because they are meticulously taking photos to make sure they do not cause any visible damage. The same way I knew how I dropped off my vehicle and it never sounded like a plane or ran hot- until it was at this dealership. I was told my options were: don’t drive my vehicle on the interstate or let them try to troubleshoot one more time. If the repair worked then I had to pay for it, if not , they would. I needed my vehicle and I had to pay for their mistake another $1400.00. If you decide to go here make sure your take a video with audio so you’ll have proof of how your vehicle looked and sound. You will end up paying for their mistake.

I had a wonderful experience here for my purchase. Quinn was great and he was very helpful and made sure he answered all my questions. He had great communication and was pleasant to deal with during and even after the purchase when I needed to ask a question. Quinn along with the manager and finance team are top notch professionals and you will not be disappointed if you do business with them. I would not hesitate to purchase from here in the future.
