Make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit!!! I understand overhead and inventory; but PLEASE make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit as it is non refundable per their policy!!! My experience was subpar; but the GM Scott rectified the situation immediately once he was notified given my specific situation/circumstances. I discussed with Scott that there should be a disclosure put in effect to notify the consumer. Thank you Scott for understanding the circumstances and being a stand up business owner to do what is right and rectify the situation.

Purchase experience was very good. But on delivery there was a vehicle damage issue. Horrible customer service. Lack of communication and follow through. Only hear crickets after multiple calls and months.
