If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Melbourne BMW and could not be more happier. Staff was professional without making me feel pressure or uncomfortable. Took my car in for new starter, cost $1300. Picked up car and they screwed something electrically with the car then wanted ME to PAY for it!!!! They want your money and DO NOT care about the customer. Don't ever take your car there for service. Don't ever buy a car there, they will rip you off. I'm telling my family and every person I know about the dishonesty they showed. Who does that? Who fixes your car, screws up something else then wants YOU to pay for it? I politely asked for refund for the damage and they refused, then I couldn't get hold of anyone. NEVER again

Pulled up in my Lexus ISF wanting to check out the new M4 walked out front for at least 10 to 15 mins looking at the 2 up front and wondered the lot on the side so decided to go inside walked past receptionist talking to employee where they have a orange colored M4 sat inside opened trunk and not even a hello!

My rear view mirror on my 2008 550i stopped auto dimming so I stopped in to schedule an appointment to have it checked. John was very polite and professional in his dealing with my needs. The mirror problem was diagnosed on the spot by Chris and parts were ordered. My car was washed before I left and I was notified within 24 hours by email and phone when to return for the repair. Chris installed my mirror and reprogrammed the onboard garage door functions that were possible in the shop. When I got home I could not program the garage door opener. Chris personally came to my home the next day to show me how to do it. I am very appreciative of all the help that John and Chris extended to me. These guys Rock!

I brought my car in for service and was very impressed w/ Jamison, in particular. Past service advisors left a lot to be desired at this dealership--and this visit, quite frankly, was my final test to see if they turned it around, as they are the most convenient to me. Jamison represents them very well, seems straight forward, delivered on time, and seems to really care. The pricing is a bit higher than independent shops and beyond what I saw in some other BMW dealerships, which is my only less than great comment. Now, I hope they are willing to give me a good deal on a new BMW I'd like to buy.
