Jason and his manager Chris are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason solved my issue in minutes! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle.
