What Others Say

I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with but I do recall the lousy way I was treated when purchasing my Mitsubishi Galant. The deal wasn't bad, but when I inquired about the missing remote for the keyless entry, I was given the runaround because the dealer didn't want to give me a replacement. THERE IS NO KEY ENTRY FOR THE TRUNK! The only way to access it easily is with the remote. I fianally convinced them to get me one, but the salesman wrote up the work order for another KEY! It finally took a floor manager charging the remote to the xxxxxxx salesman to get one ordered. A+ to management, but that salesman needs to be fired.

I wish to take this opportunity to commend two outstanding employees at Peoples. Mary P. who works in sales and Sandra R. who works in service. Mary was very pleasant and went out of her way to make us feel like we were more than "hook bait." After purchasing our KIA Sedona EX I noticed the Preliminary Delivery Inspection had taken place about a year ago. I e-mailed Mary and suggested that since the oil in the car was in there for that long they give me a LOF change. Make an appointment and bring it in was the response. I brought it into service where Sandra R. took charge. She asked me what needed to be done I explained the situation and it was done. She also was friendly, gave me no hassle, which I expected from both, and could not have been nicer. The atmosphere in both sales and service was one of "what can we do for you rather than what can we do to you." The follow on letters from Peoples asking about my satisfaction reinforced my feelings about this car dealership. After the sale it's the service that counts, and they get a 10 for both.
