Up front and timely service Friendly and very trustworthy I knew what to expect from the outset
Very Professional! Very clean service area. They try to be very helpful and accommodating with everything.
My experience at the HoL service center was excellent as it usually is. I like the web page that has the results of the service, plus the choices laid out for me if other things needing attention are found, it makes managing aspects of the appointment easy. I like the video walkthrough from the mechanic working on the vehicle, as well.
Honda of Lincoln made our purchase so easy and worked well with our timeline, letting us ‘drive’!
Russ was great! No pressure, worked with my schedule, and explained everything thoroughly. His knowledge about the product was impressive.
