Russ' assistance from our first contact was outstanding. He worked with us for more than a year as we figured out a vehicle that would fit our physical limitations and needs following a recent surgery . Overall, we think well of the dealership, but the final interactions with financing/extended warranty presentation was nearly a deal breaker. Advance notice about the extended warranty price tag would have been an appreciated courtesy, helping us make the right financial decision. In the end, we did not want to re-start the looking process and we bought the car.
My mom and I worked with Ty, and let me just say, he was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful, and such a cool, chill guy. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy, and I was able to find a car that I absolutely fell in love with! I’m very grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend working with Ty if you’re looking for a car!
