I went to Audi Morton Grove for a used car, I contacted them in advance to make sure the car is still available, they responded very quickly and confirmed the car is available and we scheduled appointment. I did my homework and I know exactly what I want, when I arrived I’ve been greeted very nicely by the staff and I worked with Zain, he’s very nice guy and polite, was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features for me, provided me with CarFax and the process in general went smoothly and transparent! The negotiation process was fair and we closed the deal quickly, it was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had. There was no extra add-ons the dealer forced me to have, which I like and only offered me optional things like manufacturer extended warranty and I end buy buying because I plan to keep the car for a long time. Keep up the good work guys.
