Kennedy understood what I was going for and helped me make the decision to buy the right car for me. Eddie was also helpful in picking a vehicle to compare to my first choice which also helped me make my decision. The finance person was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. I am a repeat customer. 3rd car and even my daughter I brought her to become a customer. But. First time I was made to feel uncomfortable to the point of wanting to leave before leasing a car. A new agent was assigned to assist me and that caused friction in between agents. As a customer I should not have felt that I needed to apologize or be a peacemaker. Mr Castro did a great job as well as Mr. Z. And the rest of the staff. I appreciate my previous sales agent too.
