What can I say, my situation was very unique. I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. The Ceramic Coat was stunning !! That second key couldn't be programmed and was a large unexpected task due to the sophistication of the security and Theft Deterrent System . It took days to finally determine the cause . Dan W. was way ahead of it and set me up with a loaner (nice Silverado). Sean and his tech team zeroed in on the culprit and I couldn't have been more grateful. I picked up my Beautiful Trail Boss and not only did they solve that Technical Mystery, it looked as clean it was off of the Showroom Floor. WOW !!!
