Associate Jamie Kubacki did a first-rate job advising me on the steps required to repair my air-conditioning system, as well as the total cost of the required repair work, both in terms of parts and labor. Rather than simplify the process, she explained it in less complex terms for a customer with limited knowledge of auto repair procedures.
