Getting me all my answers quickly from my questions, From setting up an appointment to see the car and start the paperwork. I never felt any pressure from Ray or the finance department. There was no overpressure to get the add-ons; they just explained what they were, and the ones I said no to did not try to change my mind. Overall, a wonderful experience driving out with my new car, feeling like I was not bullied or. Had my time disrespected.
