Had a scheduled appointment for an oil/filter change for my Nissan Armada. Mechanic discovered battery needed replaced and Gary and Joe were able to locate a replacement battery at a local auto parts store for immediate installation. Excellent customer service!

When is had mu Acura in for inspection, on October 3 It didn't pass because I didn't have a approved strap on my battery. I was told at that time by Isaac that I could stop at anytime to show that I fixed the issue. I stopped at the end of October and spoke with Ashley. However there was noone available to come out and pop the hood and check the battery. So I made an appointment for Nov. 13. I couldn't believe that my vehicle had to be reinspected. Something to do with the amount of time that had expired since the original inspection. I'm happy that they followed the law but this was all very inconvenient. My appointment was at 130pm and I was out of there at 2pm. Thank goodness. Because at the original inspection I was there for 3 1/2 hours just for inspection, oil change which the had to go find a filter and tire rotation. Plus taking it up to Honda to put on the computer to check the end clutch. Which they found nothing??? Check my file for complete info.
