We’re a family-owned transportation business, and depend on every vehicle in our fleet. We purchased a Suburban from Best Chevrolet in February 2025, and within a week it needed servicing. After months of loaners and service visits, we were issued a 2022 Tahoe in late May. That Tahoe started experiencing issues in the first week, and by August, we’d already had it in the service center four times. Unlike the Suburban situation, we’ve only received one loaner vehicle this time — making it difficult to maintain our business flow. We’ve had to decline long-term rental income and reassign other vehicles as backups, affecting our ability to serve customers. Despite reaching out to the General Sales Manager, Chevrolet corporate, and the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission, we’ve received minimal response. The lack of accountability and poor post-sale communication has been incredibly disappointing. We expected reliability and support after making such a significant investment. Instead, we’ve been left without clear answers or a permanent solution.
Awful service. My car sit there almost 3weeks and still didn't get fixed. I have been calling to let them know the car still doing the samething no answer
RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Bought a car last year (2020 CT6) from them with an issue that i still drove off the lot with because it was guaranteed to be fixed. After over a year trying to get this solved with “best”(yes, multiple over an hour trip to their dealership because the warranty they sold me would not cover the issue because it was on the vehicle prior to purchase) we now get told by the general manager that it is not their problem, they did what they could. I now have to drive to a different state to get a real dealership to fix what they couldn’t do. Please do everyone a favor and avoid this dealership. Also, please avoid this dealership.
To all my chevy lovers,I bought my 2018 2ss chevy camaro convertible to Best Chevrolet for some repairs to be done and while my vehicle was in their possession they allowed my vehicle to be stolen off the lot along with other vehicles and even though things do happen at any given time I was very displeased at the fact that when they notified me, they told me they had "good news" and "bad news". The good news was that the parts to fix it came in but, the bad news is my car was stolen off their lot. It may have been a joke to them but it was not a joke to me, I purchased this vehicle from them in 2018 and in May 28, 2024 my vehicle only had 32,026 miles and it looked the same as when I purchased it. The reason why they receive one star that is still far too high is because the general manager or someone higher should have come to me with an apology due to the fact that I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years and always made sure my cat was only serviced by them throughout the years. So it was a let down for this to happen and them to care so little. An apology letter or letter of concern would've been extremely appreciated. P.s, I paid cash. 😔 😥😢😭😤
Service department has damaged my truck and others the same day I picked mine up and had my truck over 25 days 4 different drop offs and problem was still not fixed. They damaged my mirror I have emailed and still no call yet. Same day I picked up my truck the Service agent told me that another car drove off today after getting tires rotated. The tire came off because the service department never bolted the tires back on causing severe damage to the vehicle. The second time I dropped my truck off for the same problem the service tech said now they really xxxxed it up. I have never gotten a phone call with updates on my truck. I really don’t want to bring my truck back to this dealership because what do they say? The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and getting the same result and that’s what I’m getting with them. But also this job is warranted and I paid out-of-pocket the first time they thought it was something and turns out that wasn’t even even the problem. Also, they damaged my mirror, so I’m waiting on them to reach out about that. I sent an email to my Service agent who has been assigned to me this whole time and I emailed two of the Service leaders the day I picked up my truck Friday of last week two hours after pick up the light come back on and that was after they had my truck for 16 days. I would never recommend this place and sad thing is it’s not just my truck they are messing up.
My wife found a 23 Corvette I had been very much interested in at this dealer. I must say from my first call with Brant the Sales Mgr. to his brother Jay the finance person. The whole buying process lasted about 10 minutes or so on the phone and a deal was reached. I traded in a 23 Corvette and felt the Trade offer was good. I did pay over MSRP on the car but that is to be expected. When I went to pick the car up at the dealership it was a great experience!!!! All the staff was great, and they me feel very welcomed. This was an online purchase, so I drove my trade down. So in closing if you want a great car buying experience I would go to this Dealership. After wrapping up the deal on the phone, I asked Brant did he know where the best gumbo was and he got me some upon arrival. Once again a 10 out of 10 If I need another vette I will call these guys and girls again
