I've purchased 3 vehicles, 2 used and 1 new RT challenger. All have been great to me. No hidden problems. I knew what I was getting each time. I recommend their platinum membership. For the car services department, I've cycled 4 vehicles through them and I've never once been 'up sold' where they try and push bogus maintenance onto you. They don't go looking for problems that aren't there and they are very customer accommodating. In fact, I kind of feel like a rock star when I go there with the treatment they give me.
