I just purchased a used car from Kelly Cadillac and it was a very pleasant experience. Uzma and Greg were great to deal with as they were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured at anytime which made for a great buying experience. Geoff and Nick also took the time to introduce themselves and see if I needed anything while at the dealership. Uzma is Customer Driven to the max ! She puts on her coat, no matter how cold and raw the weather, goes to the car and GETS THE JOB DONE. She will not quit until it is done. The parts department at Kelly is also the same. I thank Everyone at Kelly for their friendship and I delight in now having one of their Cadillacs again !
