Friendly and very easy to work with. Made sure that my purchase met all my needs.
Service technicians were great. I had a concern and a question. I wanted to talk to the supervisor about and I was told multiple times that she's too busy to even call me. I felt like I was being avoided and I was given an answer through the technician rather than being able to have my concerns expressed directly and my questions answered directly by her. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional.
Changed my oil, wash my car and answered questions I had about my car. Very helpful and friendly
I was pleased the technician was able to pop a part in the wheel well back into place without a costly repair.
Good and thorough, price was reasonable $85 to have 4 key lock lug nuts removed and replaced with OEM - don't quite match what's on there but close enough. Only complaint is it took 2+ hours to do this and nobody checked in once. I get you're busy but it shouldn't take this long to cut off 4 lug nuts. I went to check myself after 2 hours and it was all done and ready, parked, who knows for how long. But they got the job done.
Seth was very helpful and found us the car we were looking for at a fair price.
