Both Bob and Maureen were very helpful in getting an appointment and then writing the service order. As usual, the work done was of high quality and completed in a timely manner, as promised.. I have had my Hondas service at Victory Honda since 2002. I appreciate that they maintain my service history; this allows me to ensure that the necessary maintenance is always done at the right intervals. Victory Honda has an excellent service department.
Matthew was very thorough when explaining how to operate the Tesla Model Y even though it is not a Honda product.
Maureen is always professional and thorough as well as very personable. I know what to expect, which I appreciate.

Matthew Carter was my salesman and he was amazing. He took care of everything, he showed me everything about the vehicle twice, he made sure that I got the best deal that I could get. He's very knowledgeable and he knows his job well. I can't remember the finance guy that I dealt with but he was amazing too. He had everything taken care of by the time I got back to get the car and it was probably 2 hours after I left they had the car, the paperwork was ready and like I said Matt went through it with me again to make sure I understood everything about the car.
They always make sure I'm taken care of and my car is up to date
