No pressure and relaxed atmosphere. No going back and forth to get the manager stuff. I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They photo copied my drivers license and insurance card then they gave me the keys to take the vehicle for a test drive by myself. I loved the vehicle and finalized the purchase the very next morning.
