Joel and Preston have been great to deal with! We have purchased several cars from Select EuroCars and they are always watching out for us! The latest casualty vehicle totaled by a deer was purchased there. When I called them to let them know I was looking for another vehicle, they were quick to respond by letting me know that my warranty on the totaled vehicle was at least partially refundable. REALLY? What dealership do you know that is looking out for their customer like that? They are friendly, fair priced, and have a great service shop as well. Great job, Joel and Preston!!

Over the top customer service. Joel worked through the night to make sure that my son could get his car the next day. And he did, complete with financing, brand new Hankook 70,000 mile tires, brand new rotors & break pads, registration, insurance cards, plates. Looking for replacement car quickly after someone totaled mine. SEC had a nice selection to choose from which I appreciated - i wasn't sure what I was looking for. I purchased a 2010 Honda Fit and am very pleased. There were a couple of minor issues w/ the car but Joel (owner) resolved them in a timely, honorable fashion. I would recommend this dealer. I just purchased a 2011 tdi Wagon from Joel. Before I even arrived, all communication from him was quick and concise. While I was looking over the car, I noticed some issues with the paint I didn't care for. Joel immediately picked up the phone and called TWO body guys to come from Syracuse to fix the issues. While I waited, he gave me pizza, tea, and coffee. I also visited with his staff, and found that he only hires friendly and knowable people. The entire experience was pleasurable enough that I will drive the 3.5 hours again to get another car for my wife!
