This was my first experience in the newly updated service area. Lenny greeted me with a smile, explaining the process for getting my car into the shop. He then confirmed the service requested and carefully explained the recall service. He ushered me to the waiting lounge and pointed out its various features. During my wait I followed the steps in servicing my car in the link he provided in a timely fashion. At check out he accompanied me to the cashier, credited my order with Rewards points, and escorted me to my vehicle. I appreciate his attention, assistance, and courteous, respectful manner.

I had a truly outstanding experience working with Hussain (sales associate) and Jim (sales manager). From the very beginning, Jim (and Aimee) were incredibly responsive and helpful over email while I was doing my research. I asked a lot of questions ahead of time, and they always responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made the process easy and transparent before I even stepped into the dealership. They also knew I was traveling from nearly two hours away, so they understood the importance of making the experience as seamless as possible. When I arrived with my husband and toddler in tow, everything continued to go smoothly. Hussain and Jim were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. DePaula has a great vibe—even while under construction. The entire experience was relaxed and low-pressure, which I really appreciated. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. And they even entertained and doted on my toddler—definitely a win-win. Thanks again for the Car Fox!!!! Buying a vehicle with a toddler along for the ride can make things a bit more complicated (though he does love trucks!), but they were incredibly accommodating and patient. It certainly didn’t hurt that DePaula has a nice snack area—and they even treat you to lunch, which honestly felt unheard of to me. Such a nice touch. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism from both Hussain and Jim was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend working with them, and I would gladly return to DePaula in the future. If you’re in the market for a new truck, definitely ask for Hussain and Jim—you’ll be in excellent hands. PS -- my new truck is AWESOME! I love it even more than I thought I would :)
