2019 S60 T6 AWD momentum bought in 2020 at Ramsey Volvo in NJ. I have been having issues with the brakes since I purchased the car. Rotors have to be replaced again at 32k miles (after been replaced at 14k and 22k miles under warranty) because they are warped. This is a very well known and documented issue with Volvos. Dealer and Volvo Customer Service are claiming rotors are wearable parts so I have to pay for replacing them. Very disappointed by the dealer and Volvo. Unacceptable that rotors last then 10k miles and that such a well known issue (even my dealer Ramsey Volvo in NJ confirmed) is not taken care of by Volvo. Volvo lost a customer.

John in service were great. I had a rush job - called in the morning, they saw me at 3pm and I was out in an hour. No hassle. Also, they did a nice quick wash - didn't expect that but much appreciated. Esma was very courteous and kind and got me in and out quick. Mike K is great with the onboarding / tutorial - very knowledgeable and helpful on getting that Google system up and running.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Easy to work with and they didn’t drag things out.
