I have to give a huge thank you to Jasmine at the car service center. My experience didn’t start off well and I was pretty frustrated, but Jasmine stepped in and completely changed the situation. She listened, showed real empathy, and worked hard to make sure my concerns were addressed. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping customers really stood out. Because of Jasmine, what started as a negative experience ended on a very positive note. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be recognized.
