The Pleasanton Mercedes Service Department provides excellent diagnostics evaluation and service. The video of the tech's review is outstanding. I have taken my 2002 E-320 there for service all these years and it is still running great thanks to their expertise! Great job by the Service Manager Tim, Service Rep Cassidy, and Service Rep Lance!
