I have visited several auto dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. Most salesperson from other auto companies made my experience difficult & left a lot of my questions unanswered. I decided to take a 2nd look at Acura & visited the Glendale location since I had a very poor experience with the Sherman Oaks location just days prior. I called Acura Glendale & spoke w/Artur who said you had 1 RDX model left that i was interested in. As I walked into your Glendale dealership office, I was overwhelmed, and that is when Artur came with a warm smile & down to earth demeanor. He immediately begun asking us questions on our needs, our expectations, our budget & he then provided his responses. I was skeptical about leasing because of all the bad experiences my colleagues stated they encountered with a lease. Arthur explained in detail about how the lease option worked, and the options to buy or trade in, along w/the reassurance that leasing a vehicle was not a bad thing. Due to financial hardship, we decided the lease to purchase option was best for us & that was the agreement we drove off with. I am extremely grateful that I got the vehicle I truly wanted, and although the monthly payment is high it's still a great truck. Also I wanted to personally thank Artur AGAIN for his genuine support, knowledge & expertise. Artur was very very accommodating & answered every question that we had, that gave us considerable relief & confidence that we've made the best decision that day. I love my 2025 RDX, she's gorgeous!! Excellent deal to work with. I received quotes from multiple dealers and Acura of Glendale was able to make the best offer. Dwight was fast and responsive to inquiries and clear in his communication. Upon arrival for paperwork, Art was efficient, explained all the details and no pressure sales pitch for other added products. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. This is how car buying should be.

All the people who helped me get my new Acura TLX were wonderful! They were very helpful and pleasant by making sure that they understood my needs when it came to financing my car. Albert even drove me to my bank since my previous car got traded-in (to get my cashiers check for my down payment) and took extra time at the end to show me all the features on my new car. I would highly recommend Acura of Glendale when you are ready to buy a new car!
