As it turns out, the relationship with dealership ends when you purchase your car and not when you purchase it. Unfortunately, my 2021 Wrangler has a 'known issue' (words from the associate) and they do not want to cover the problem for me. Upwards $500 repair. Mind you, this hadn't started until after I got a wheel hub replaced at this very dealership. My family was in the market for a new Wrangler, and we will be avoiding this dealership going forward. I am happy to take my business to a different jeep dealership, as the service department should be just as good as a sales department. Rough.

Avoid this place at all costs. This is your perfect example of an "old school" dealership with an old school experience. The service advisors are a joke - they dont listen to you nor do they care to. They ramble on trying to say things they thing you wont understand. I brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee there for no cold air when using the AC. They said the AC Compressor wasnt getting enough power so they "rewired" it LOL. In reality what they did was they just ran a line to power the AC Compressor Clutch at all times when the engine was on, in turn destroying the AC system, freezing the lines and ruining the system. After I brought it to another dealer who cares they quickly and easily diagnosed it as a faulty fuse box/AC Relay. This dealer also changed one of my wheels one time when I Was there for an oil change and tire rotation with another vehicles so I had 3 of my tires and 1 of someone else's.

Terrible sales experience. Sadly this was a trusted name for many many years in metrowest. I was blindsided by finance, as I was sold 2 extended warranty contracts for a price of over 10K! The finance person, kept throwing out numbers like $20 a month, but when you get the final paperwork, the devil was in the detail. They never mention the full cost of the contracts and a tire contract was thrown with zero knowledge. Paperwork is shuffled around, and you are never allowed to really see what you are signing- and you will not be given copies. It's a rushed process with a lot of small talk to distract from what is actually going on. Pick up your car and they tell you paperwork in the glove compartment- I am sure they are banking on people not doing a thorough read until its all too late. Buyer Beware!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I reached out to see if the dealership would be interested in buying my used Jeep, which was leased through Chrysler. They said possibly. That is all the information I gave to them. I then learned that, without my permission, they reached out to Chrysler Capital to ask about the payoff that I had on the lease. I never authorized this dealership to do this. It's extremely unprofessional and a total disregard of my privacy. I was stunned. Just awful. But isee most of the ratings for this dealership are low, so I should have known better.

I had a really bad experience at this dealership. I brought my Jeep because it was leaking coolant and they said it needed a new radiator. Turns out it didn’t. I brought it somewhere else and they fixed the problem and it had nothing to do with the radiator. Shame on them this place is a scam!

Just poor service! My guess they have a absentee owner. No return phone calls after multiple calls on lease. My guess is the Finance team is separate from the dealership and has no interest in the brand
