Due to hold ups with the warranty company, repair took a little extra time but the communication with Clay, the service manager there, was amazing! He consistently contacted me to update on the repair status. He showed genuine concern and I feel he went above and beyond to make our repair experience the best! If we purchase another vehicle, I feel sure Parks Ford of Hendersonville is where we will go to do so. All contact made with all staff was remarkable and appreciated!
