The dealership's service department is spotless; free wifi and snacks (coffee, fruit, chips, etc.), TV, clean restrooms were available. Great location. Easy to check progress of the work from their website. I couldn't be more pleased. It's why I bought my MINI there!

All service was completed promptly and correctly. An additional problem was identified, the rear brake pads were thin, and corrected while I waited at the same appointment. All personnel were courteous and friendly. The dealership was clean with comfortable seating and clean bathrooms. All my questions were answered. Service was completed in a reasonable time frame.
