I trust my mini to get the best care at this dealer. The people are professional and the jobs gets done quickly. When I have a concern I feel heard and not dismissed. They could use larger seats when working with the service staff, the seats are attractive but too narrow. A small issue for an otherwise stellar experience.

So easy to work with and they understood my concerns and issues with the car. Extremely kind and generous they came to my home and got my car and left a loaner for me and they did a fabulous job finding the issues with my car and fixing it. I can't say enough about Mini of xx. Louis and the work they perform and the kindness they share.

Mini of xx. Louis has been amazing. A great service department and an awesome parts department. They always take excellent care of me and my wife.. their staff is so professional and courteous. We would highly recommend.!!

Service Manager looks and act like he is sick of his life and job , and have a bad attitude, and you should be let go and hire somebody who is cheerful and have a personality to handle customers.
