Matt was a straight forward and honest guy that i would buy a car from again. I built my e53 wagon with Matt , we had a good conversation about what I wanted and what mercedes can do and can't do which made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. When I came to pick up the car Matt was welcoming and inviting. After he revealed the car to us and handed it over to the young lady to show us the in and outs . She could use some practice on teaching people how to use all the features and phone application . Other than that the coffee lady (sorry missed your name ) made a nice cup .before i left Me and Matt made a short video to Doug and he stopped his game of golf to send back a video to me which was awsome !
