I brought my Truck into Spike Ford because of the airbag, passenger side was working intermittently. They diagnosed it for free and said it would cost a large sum of Money. I could not afford. So I told them I would think about it. Michelle the manager called me and said she called Ford and got them to pay the majority of it and my portion would be way low. Very affordable now. Such great service. Dont go anywhere else.
I was looking for a new car at Spikes Ford and my sales consultant was Ago Gonzalez. He is amazing!! Very knowledgeable, patient, and approachable. He made the process a smooth one. I go back to Spik3s because of him.
Worst ford dealership in the United States horrible customer service staff is very rude and slow
10 weeks since my vehicle was dropped off for a recall, left for a diagnostic and still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. It is impossible to get a call back from Dana the Advisor non the less the "Manager" Michelle. Absolutely do not recommend this place for service.
7 weeks and counting to change out one censor… would not recommend this dealership for any type of work on your car or truck. (update) was told to call michelle herself same thing as customer service no answer its imposible to get an answer in this dealership… now 8 weeks
I recommend Hiram Montero. Hiram Montero provided excellent service. Hiram Montero made my transition into a Ram 2024 go as smoothly as possible. After Hiram Montero got me approved by the bank. It was less than an hour and he had everything prepared. Honestly the easiest transition ever.
