My salesman, Jake, was awesome. He made buying my new Outback fun. He kept it light and we joked around while he still was asking me questions to narrow down my opinions. He went over all the features and whether they would be useful to me, to help decide which model to pick. No pressure. I highly recommend.

Raphael was wonderful ! The only person in the whole place who knew how to show me how to work the voice activation for directions . They first had Mark work with me and it was a waste of time and very impatient and messed up my phone while he was trying to do apple I play when I was there for voice activation NOT to put on my phone . He went and told the service writer he could not communicate with me ! He obviously couldn’t get it to work the way he was doing it and blamed me . BUT MARK is a big talker as others at metro west know !!! Metro West has always been fair with me and I appreciate that . A big thank you to RAPHAEL, extremely helpful and KIND !
