After shopping around several dealerships in Ohio and Ky, we landed at Dan Cummins. We drove in from out of state. Stephen was scheduled to assist us in locating a our desired vehicle. We arrived quite a bit earlier than expected. Stephen warmly greeted us anyway, making us feel welcome and at home. He had a vehicle waiting for us out front to check out and test drive. He answered every question and more. We felt no pressure or deception during the whole process. He was open and honest and it was obvious, he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We drove away in our new vehicle pleased with the whole experience.
