I bought a used vehicle from Tony Pérez, he didn't keep his word and insulted me like I was stupid. The finance person making me go back several times for the contract paperwork is a joke; they have no professionalism.
I had a great experience at this dealership’s service department. The staff was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the service my car needed and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car care

I have had an amazing experience with the David McDavid dealership in Frisco from purchasing my car to getting regular maintenance. Every time I take my car for maintenance, I take my car to this dealership and to Tim Tran. Tim is always so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable about what my car needs are. I trust him and as a result, I take my daughter’s Honda to this dealership even though we purchased it at another dealership. I will purchase another car from this dealership when I am ready for a new car because of the awesome experience I have had with David McDavid Honda of Frisco.
