Once again I have leased a beautiful new Ford from Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicville and my experience was wonderful. This is at least the 8th or 9th car from this dealer and my outcome is always the same. No problems and I leave with the car that I want.

I've lost track of how many new and used Mercury Sables and Ford Tauruses (Tauri?) I've bought from Jack Byrne for me and my wife, and we've never had a complaint. Just bought our first C-Max Hybrid (used) for my wife to use, but I think I'll be putting most of the miles on it. Salesman did an excellent job explaining all the electronic features.

This is the best Ford Dealer in the capitol district. Bought numerous Fords from them and have NEVER EVER had a problem. Taken it in for service or recall's no problem's. IMHO the only Ford dealer in town worth going too, all the rest you just get fast talking salesman that are like vultures when your looking around in the lot.

First we contacted them through their online chat. Jack Byrne III worked with us on numbers for the car we were interested in. Jack stayed in contact but with low pressure. He did not oversell or give us pressure. Jack then referred us to Craig who also was low pressure throughout the entire process. He continually followed up and was quite knowledgeable. We did research the vehichle we wanted prior so we were looking for the best deal. They were honest and gave us both a fair price on our trade and the new car. What I loved the most was how Jack Byrne personally made you feel at home, taking a personal interest in your experience. This radiated throughout the dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

I tried to order a new truck but was told they were no longer taking orders. we had purchased a new truck in march. I wanted to order the same truck in early June. We were pleased with the march truck. When I went back and tired to order one like it I was told to wait for the next years model. I did not want to do that and so asked around and found another dealer willing to order me the same truck. I wanted to give my business to Jack Byrne but his uncooperative sales staff blew me away. I saw Jack later and he asked why i did not buy it from him. I told him because your salesman and the sales manager said they could not order any more of the truck I wanted. He found that hard to believe but I tried. Would we buy here again? Yes, but only from jack Byrne himself.

Back in May of 2006, I purchased a 2003 Ford Focus from Jack Byrne. I just wanted to share my experience. I went there with a 1996 Ford Escort. I was looking for a more dependable vech. and of course and a nicer vech. Mr. Byrne took the time to help me pick a great car. I traded my vech. for a beautiful dark gray Focus. I LOVE IT!!!!!! My experience at the dealership was a memorable one: The joy of getting something new and the treatment that I was given. This is my 2nd car, and I purchased the escort @ Latham Ford-(HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!) The sales gentleman along with the sales manager were very unprofessional! and treated me with no respect and to top it off they sold me a LEMON!!!!! I would and have recommended Jack Byrne's dealership!!!! You will love the respect and the fairness you will recieve from the staff and most importantly you will LOVE you new CAR!!!!!!!
